Paul Hugenberg III
Founder and Managing Member

Originally from North Carolina, Paul moved to Ohio early and has grown family and community roots in the Mahoning Valley. A husband to Christine and father to 5 children, golfer, motorcyclist and political activist, Paul also has become a serial entrepreneur.  Living in Boardman, Ohio, he is a graduate of Youngstown State University and the Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking. 

Paul is an Ohio CPA and carries several IT Security Certifications, and is the CEO and Co-Founder of InfoGPS Networks, Inc, a “built from scratch” cybersecurity software to assist companies in the discovery, tracking, and management of sensitive personal data. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Pelican3 Consulting LLC, an IT consulting company focused on risk, governance and long-term strategy.  

Prior to InfoGPS and Pelican3, Paul was a Partner at Rea & Associates Inc (Top 80 CPA Firm), founded Hugenberg Cyber Consulting (sold), The Cyber6Group (sold), Pelican Golf Properties and The Soccer Stop (an unsuccessful but learning experience in college).

Rob Blanchard
Founder and Managing Member

With over two decades of experience advising clients on IT risk and compliance, Rob is recognized for his expertise in automation, AI-driven solutions, and building technology strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Prior to founding Pelican3, Rob served as a Managing Director at Crowe LLP, where he led large-scale initiatives in technology risk management, cybersecurity, data governance, robotic process automation (RPA), corporate governance, SOX, SOC 1 & 2, MAR, and enterprise risk management. He has a proven track record of guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes while leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency, security, and decision-making.

Rob holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Information Systems Audit and Control from Bowling Green State University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) through ISACA.

Based in Galena, Ohio, Rob enjoys life with his wife, Jordan, and their three children. Outside of work, you can often find him on the golf course, exploring new bourbons, or cheering on his kids at local sporting events.
