Renee Dietrich Talabac Joins as Director of Tax & Accounting, Strengthening the Firm’s Integrated CPA & Technology Capabilities

Columbus, Ohio — Pelican3 Consulting LLC (Pelican3), a technology-centric CPA firm and IT advisory practice, today announced the acquisition of RT Taxes LLC of Warren, OH (RT Taxes), a tax and accounting firm with offices in Champion, Ohio and Jupiter, Florida, effective January 1, 2026. Led by Renee Dietrich Talabac, an experienced tax professional with more than 35 years in the industry, RT Taxes and its talented staff will join Pelican3 as the firm’s new Tax & Accounting team. Renee will assume the role of Director of Tax & Accounting, expanding the firm’s depth in compliance-driven services.

This strategic move reinforces Pelican3’s mission to provide trusted partner services that address today’s challenges while preparing clients for tomorrow’s opportunities.
